摘 要:为促进建筑工程的顺利开展并保证建筑物的安全,论文对基坑支护结构和周边建筑物变形观测技术进行了研究。通过案例分析,阐述基坑支护结构和周边建筑物变形观测的测点、方法,如竖向位移观测和建筑物倾斜监测等,得出结论:周边建筑物竖向位移监测出现不规则变化,靠近基坑一侧的监测点明显沉降,而随着锚杆施工完成,建筑物沉降情况得到遏制,在达到一定值后趋于平稳状态。In order to promote the smooth development of construction projects and ensure the safety of buildings,this paper studies the deformation observation technology of foundation pit support structure and surrounding buildings.Through case analysis,the measurement points and methods of deformation observation of foundation pit support structure and surrounding buildings are expounded,such as vertical displacement observation and building inclination monitoring,etc.,and it is concluded that the vertical displacement monitoring of surrounding buildings changes irregularly,and the monitoring point near the side of the foundation pit settles significantly,while with the completion of bolt construction,the settlement of buildings is curbed and tends to stabilize after reaching a certain value.
