摘　　要：开展海绵城市方案设计审查管理工作是确保海绵城市建设指标落地和海绵城市设计质量的必要环节。结合现有建设项目管控审批流程,在不新增前置管控审批条件的前提下,提出了一套海绵城市方案设计审查技术方法。根据大量工作实践经验,总结了方案设计审查过程中发现的主要问题,并提出了下一步工作建议。Conducting the scrutiny and management of sponge city scheme design is a necessary link to ensure the implementation of sponge city construction indicators and the quality of sponge city design.Based on the existing construction project management and approval process,a set of technical methods of sponge city scheme design scrutiny were proposed without adding pre control and approval conditions.According to a large amount of practical work experience,the main issues identified during the scrutiny of sponge city scheme design were summarized,and suggestions for the next step were proposed.
