摘　　要：随着城市商业综合体的数量日益增多,对其外观、安全性、独特性等要求也日臻增加,BIM技术由于其可视化程度高、协同性强等特点在商业综合体项目中备受设计者青睐。论文结合上港滨江城这一大型商业综合体项目,对BIM技术在商业综合体项目中的设计、施工、监测等阶段应用点进行调研及分析,探讨二者可能产生的配合之处,对商业综合体建设中BIM的应用具有一定的参考价值。With the number of urban commercial complex is increasing,and the requirements for its appearance,safety and uniqueness are also increasing.BIM Technology is favored by designers in commercial complex projects because of its high degree of visualization and strong synergy.Combined with the large-scale commercial complex project of Shanghai Port Riverside City,this paper investigates and analyzes the application of BIM Technology in the stages of design,construction and monitoring of commercial complex project,and the possible synergy between the two is discussed,which has certain reference value for the application of BIM in the construction of commercial complexes.
