摘　　要：随着交通行业工业化的发展,为适应从生产许可证制度向产品认证制度的过渡,优化预制厂建设及生产管理,论文结合区域行业发展的实际经验提出交通行业预制构件商品化管理体系,以及交通行业预制构件商品化产品建议目录,编制了交通行业工业化制造商品化运营的解决方案,制定了工业化生产后张法预应力混凝土T梁产品认证的实施细则,编写了T梁预制生产、施工与质量验收技术导则。With the development of industrialization in the transportation industry,in order to adapt to the transition from the production license system to the product certification system,optimize the construction and production management of prefabrication plants,combined with the practical experience of regional industry development,this paper puts forward the commercialization management system of prefabricated components in the transportation industry,as well as the proposed catalog of commercialization products of prefabricated components in the transportation industry,formulates the solution of commercialization operation of industrial manufacturing in the transportation industry,and formulates the implementation rules of product certification of post-tensioned prestressed concrete T-beam in industrial production.The technical guidelines for T beam prefabrication,construction and quality acceptance are prepared.
