摘　　要：以在建项目为例,从方案设计阶段和现场实施阶段两个维度介绍了大跨度厂房外脚手架的技术管理要点。从外脚手架基础、连墙件设置、材料进场把控、交底复核、测量检测等方面进行重点把控,设计了水泥土换填垫层处理地基湿陷性,提出了一种八字撑连墙件体系,确保大跨度厂房外脚手架在施工过程中的安全稳定性。The article takes the project under construction as an example,and introduces the technical management points of scaffolding outside long-span workshop from two dimensions:scheme design stage and field implementation stage.From the aspects of external scaffold foundation,setting of connecting wall parts,material entry control,disclosure review,measurement and detection,etc.,the cement-soil replacement cushion is designed to deal with foundation collapsibility,and a eight-brace connecting wall part system is put forward to ensure the safety and stability of long-span external scaffold in the construction process.
