摘　　要：针对石油化工工程项目材料采购管理问题,重点分析材料采购环节的成本控制方法,概述石油化工工程项目的概念及主要阶段、石油化工工程项目材料采购概念、流程,并明确成本控制的作用,从设计阶段、执行阶段、施工阶段、竣工阶段分别提出成本控制策略。Aiming at the problem of material procurement management of petrochemical engineering projects,this paper focuses on analyzing the cost control method of material procurement,briefly outlines the concept and main stages of petrochemical engineering projects,the concept and process of material procurement of petrochemical engineering projects,clarifies the role of cost control,and puts forward cost control strategies from the design stage,execution stage,construction stage and completion stage respectively.
