摘　　要：简述了EPC项目中成套设备采购质量管理的现状及成套设备采购质量管理的重要意义,针对各采购环节给出了具体的建议,指出需要不断总结经验和教训并进行改善,逐步建立健全成套设备采购质量管理体系,才能稳步提升其采购质量管理水平。This paper briefly describes the status quo of complete equipment procurement quality management in EPC projects and the significance of complete equipment procurement quality management,gives specific suggestions for each procurement link,and points out that it is necessary to constantly sum up experience and lessons and make improvements,and gradually establish and improve the complete equipment procurement quality management system in order to steadily improve its procurement quality management level.
