摘　　要：通过对相关文献的研究和实践经验的总结,提出了一系列关键方法来实现工程项目施工管理降本增效的目标。这些方法包括优化项目管理、加强供应链管理、提高施工技术水平、推广新技术应用等。通过采用这些方法,可以有效降低工程项目的成本,提高施工效率,实现工程项目施工管理的降本增效。This paper proposes a series of key methods to achieve the goal of cost reduction and efficiency improvement in construction project execution through research on relevant literature and practical experience.These methods include optimizing project management,strengthening supply chain management,improving construction technology,and promoting the application of new technologies.By adopting these methods,it is possible to effectively reduce the costs of construction projects,improve construction efficiency,and achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement in construction project execution.
