摘　　要：党员“政治生日”短信提醒服务是信息化环境下党建工作的一种创新方式,既体现了党组织对党员的政治关怀,又有利于增强党员的自豪感、荣誉感和归属感,激发党员干部干事创业的激情。以漯河职业技术学院党员“政治生日”提醒系统为例,基于ASP.NET从技术选型和系统设计与实现两个方面分享系统开发的主要思路和核心代码,以期能够为兄弟院校开发同类系统提供借鉴和参考。The short message reminder service for“political birthday”of party members is an innovative way of Party building under the information environment,which not only reflects the political care of Party organizations for Party members,but also helps to strengthen the sense of pride,honor and belonging of Party members and arouse the enthusiasm of Party members for entrepreneur.Taking the reminder system for the“political birthday”of Party members in Luohe vocational and technical college as an example,this paper shares the main ideas and core codes of the system development from two aspects of technology selection and the design and implementation of the system based on ASP.NET to provide reference for the development of similar systems in other colleges.
