农民工返乡创业与乡村振兴联动机制研究——基于农村生产力视角

摘　　要：农村生产力发展水平决定乡村振兴的不同阶段,农村现代化要求现代化的“人”与“物”相匹配,农村生产力中最活跃的因素是返乡创业农民工。构建农民工返乡创业与乡村振兴的联动机制要以提高农村生产力为纽带:激发返乡农民工的创业动能,改善返乡农民工的创业条件,提升农民工返乡创业荣誉感。The development level of rural productivity determines the different stages of rural revitalization,and rural modernization requires the matching of modern“people”and“things”The most active factor in rural productivity is migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses.To establish the linkage mechanism between migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses and rural revitalization,it is necessary to improve rural productivity as the link,stimulate the entrepreneurial momentum of migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses,improve the entrepreneurial conditions of migrant workers returning home for entrepreneurship,and enhance the sense of honor of migrant workers returning home for entrepreneurship.
