摘　　要：随着我国金融市场的不断深化和金融创新的快速发展,金融衍生品作为风险管理和投资工具在市场中扮演着日益重要的角色,为市场参与者提供了更多选择和契机。通过全面探讨我国金融衍生品市场的发展状况,对金融衍生品市场存在的问题进行分析和研究,为我国金融衍生品市场监管提供一些建设性建议,以促进市场的健康、稳定和可持续发展。With the continuous deepening of China’s financial market and the rapid development of financial innovation,financial derivatives,as tools for risk management and investment,play an increasingly significant role in the market,providing market participants with more choices and opportunities.This paper discusses the development of China’s financial derivatives market,analyzes and studies the existing problems in the financial derivatives market,and puts forwards some constructive suggestions for the supervision of China’s financial derivatives market,so as to promote the healthy,stable and sustainable development of the market.
