摘 要:对YG8硬质合金刀具切削Ti6Al4V钛合金进行仿真,只改变槽深,控制刀具梯形断屑槽其他参数不变,通过分析切削力的波动得到梯形断屑槽槽深对刀具振动的影响。结果表明,在理想条件(只考虑自激振动)下,槽深在各阶段对刀具的振动频率影响不大;在切屑开始流入断屑槽到流入断屑槽槽底前这一阶段,随着槽深增加,刀具在各方向的振幅逐渐增大;在切屑流过断屑槽槽底这一阶段,刀具主运动方向、进给方向和切深方向的振幅均随梯形断屑槽槽深的增加先增大后减小;在切屑流过槽背阶段,刀具主运动方向和进给方向的振幅随着梯形断屑槽槽深的增加先增大后减小,切深方向的振幅随槽深的增加无明显变化。It is emulated that titanium alloy Ti6Al4V cut by cemented carbide YG8 tool.Only the depth of trapezoidal chip breaker groove is changed,and other parameters of the chip breaker groove remain constant.The influence of depth of trapezoidal chip breaker groove on tool vibration is obtained by analyzing the wave of cutting forces.The results show that under ideal conditions(only self-excited vibrations are considered),the groove depth has little effect on the frequency of tool vibration at each stage.With the increase of the groove depth,the amplitudes of the tool in all directions gradually are increased at the stage from the chip flowing into the chip breaking groove to the beginning of flowing into bottom of the chip breaker groove.In the stage of chip flow through the bottom of the groove,the amplitudes of tool vibration along all directions are increased first and then decreased as the groove depth increased.In the stage of chip flow through the groove back,with the increase of groove depth,the amplitude of too vibration along the main motion direction and feed direction are increased first and then decreased,but the amplitude of tool vibration along the depth of cut direction is no obvious pattern.
