摘  要:选取亚太22个具有代表性的国家构建出入境旅游关系网络,在1995年、2003年、2011年和2018年4个时间断面下,借助社会网络分析方法探索了中国及其周边和非周边经济体出入境旅游的互动关系演化特征、整体变迁特征和市场格局演变特征并分析战略取向。结果显示:①历经24年的发展,中国作为目的地的吸引力和作为客源地的辐射能力均居于亚太首位且更多得益于周边国家;②泰国和越南等周边国家国际旅游地位逐渐提升,美国和澳大利亚等非周边国家逐渐下降,东亚和东南亚国家逐渐成为亚太国际旅游的市场核心;③亚太出入境旅游呈现出市场互动网络均衡化和扩大化的发展趋势,但相邻国家之间的“抱团”愈发明显。研究认为,新冠肺炎疫情后国际旅游全面重启背景下,应进一步明确周边国家的重要性并充分认识其旅游地位逐步提升的现实,通过推行积极的国际旅游互动战略,建立高效的经贸互通的合作关系和友好的多边关系,构建平等、开放的亚太国际旅游交往格局。This paper selects 22 representative countries from the Asia-Pacific region to build an inbound and outbound tourism relationship network.Utilizing the social network analysis method,this paper explores the evolutionary characteristics of interaction rela-tionships,overall changes,and market pattern evolution characteristics of inbound and outbound tourism between China and its neighbor-ing and non-neighboring economies in the four time sections of 1995,2003,2011 and 2018.This paper also analyzes the strategic ori-entations.The results showed that:①After 24 years of development,China has ranked first in the Asia-Pacific in terms of attractive-ness as a destination and radiating capacity as a tourist source,gaining significant benefits from its neighboring countries(regions).②The international tourism status of neighboring countries such as Thailand and Vietnam is gradually rising,and non-neighboring coun-tries such as the United States and Australia are losing their status,with the East and Southeast Asian countries are gradually becoming the core of the Asia-Pacific international tourism market.③The inbound and outbound tourism in Asia-Pacific region has shown a trend towards a balanced and expanding network of market interaction,but the phenomenon of“grouping”between neighboring coun-tries is evident.The study concludes that in the context of the full resumption of international tourism after COVID-19 pandemic,it is crucial to further acknowledge the importance of neighboring countries and fully recognize their growing tourism status.By implementing proactive international tourism interaction strategies,establishing efficient economic and trade cooperation,and fostering friendly multi-lateral relations,an equitable and open Asia-Pacific international tourism interaction pattern can be developed.
