摘 要:介绍了一种新型的地铁车辆前端吸能结构,将成熟吸能元件与组合式吸能结构模块化,利用有限元软件进行动态碰撞仿真计算,模拟车辆前端吸能结构的碰撞形态、分析吸能过程,对车辆碰撞界面力值、车体变形量、能量吸收值进行计算,最后通过碰撞试验验证车辆前端吸能结构的变形吸能稳定性,试验与仿真结果匹配,能够满足车辆碰撞标准要求。A new type of front⁃end energy⁃absorbing structure for metro vehicles was introduced.The mature energy⁃absorbing components and the combined energy⁃absorbing structure were modularized,and the dynamic collision simulation was carried out by using the finite element software,the impact shape of the front⁃end energy⁃absorbing structure was simulated,the process of energy⁃absorbing was analyzed,and the values of vehicle impact interface force,vehicle body deformation and energy⁃absorbing were calculated.Finally,the deformation and energy⁃absorbing stability of the front⁃end energy⁃absorbing structure of vehicles were verified by the test.The test and simulation results match and can meet the requirements of the vehicle collision standard.
