摘　　要：抗日战争时期,淮北抗日根据地战略地位独特且重要,但因日军的军事“扫荡”与经济封锁政策而生产锐减、民生凋敝,经济发展陷入困境。有着丰富经济建设实践经验的邓子恢,奉命前往淮北抗日根据地主持工作,领导根据地军民开展了减租减息运动、大生产运动以及财政经济建设,从而打破了敌人的经济封锁,改善了当地群众的生活,壮大了抗日救国队伍,加强了淮北区党委的自身建设,为抗战胜利作出重要的贡献。During the Anti-Japanese War,the strategic position of the Anti-Japanese Base Areas in north Anhui was unique and important,but due to the military“sweeping”and economic blockade policies of the Japanese army,production sharply decreased,people’s livelihoods declined,and economic development fell into difficulties.Deng Zihui,who had rich practical experience in economic construction,was ordered to go to the Anti-Japanese Base Areas in north Anhui to preside over the work.He led the military and civilians in the Base Area to carry out rent and interest reduction movements,large-scale production movements,and financial and economic construction,thus breaking the enemy’s economic blockade,improving the lives of local people,strengthening the Anti-Japanese and national salvation team,strengthening the self-construction of the District Party Committee in north Anhui,and making important contributions to the victory of the Anti-Japanese War.
