摘  要:针对于土壤重耕、漏耕和缠草等问题,设计了一种创新的深耕机旋耕刀辊,并利用有限元方法和LS-DYNA显示动力学分析程序进行仿真分析。通过仿真模拟,得到了切削土壤时的等效应力分布情况。结果表明浅层土壤受到的扰动位移最大,中层土壤次之,深层土壤的扰动位移最小。模拟情况与实际的种植情况相吻合。设计的深耕机旋耕刀辊在切削土壤时能够发挥最大的作用,达到了切土、松土和抛土的设计目标。这将改善土壤质量,满足作物种植的需求。此外,设计的旋耕刀部件还为深耕机的耕种部件提供了新的思路和方法,有效解决了切土时的重耕和漏耕问题。Soil leakage and heavy tillage and straw wrapping,an innovative rotary knife roller for deep tillage machine was designed.The equivalent stress distribution of cutting soil is obtained by simulation.It is found that the disturbance displacement of shallow soil is the biggest,next is middle soil and deep soil.The simulation results are consistent with the actual planting conditions.The rotary tiller roller designed for deep tiller can play the greatest role in cutting soil,reaching the design goal of cutting,loosening and throwing soil.This will improve soil quality to meet the needs of crop cultivation.In addition,the designed rotary tiller also provides a new idea and method for the tillage parts of deep tiller,and effectively solves the problem of heavy tillage and leakage tillage.
