摘 要:为提高深港跨界鲜活货运通行效率、降低对城市环境与交通运行的影响,对深港跨界鲜活货运交通特性与组织优化进行深入研究。跨界鲜活货运具有时效性强、安全要求高、环境影响大、查验流程复杂的基本特性。基于现状深港跨界鲜活货运呈现货运地聚集性强、跨界运输方式单一、通关口岸适应性差等特征,结合粤港澳大湾区、深港城市规划及交通规划发展要求,从口岸功能分工、口岸查验流程、跨界交通方式等方面提出跨界鲜活货运交通组织优化策略。In order to improve the efficiency of cross-border fresh freight transportation in Shenzhen and Hong Kong,and reduce the impact on urban environment and transportation operations,in-depth research was conducted on the characteristics and organizational optimization of cross-border fresh freight transportation in Shenzhen and Hong Kong.Cross border fresh freight has the basic characteristics of strong timeliness,high safety requirements,significant environmental impact,and complex inspection processes.Based on the current situation of cross-border fresh freight transportation in Shenzhen and Hong Kong,which presents characteristics such as strong clustering of freight destinations,single cross-border transportation modes,and poor adaptability of customs clearance ports,combined with the requirements of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area,Shenzhen and Hong Kong urban planning and transportation development,optimization strategies are proposed for cross-border fresh freight transportation organization from the aspects of port functional division,port inspection process,and cross-border transportation modes.
