摘 要:渤海海域稠油储量比较丰富,蒸汽吞吐是稠油热采的主要方式,LD油田是中国海上油田第一次开展蒸汽吞吐先导试验的稠油油田,探索海上地下原油黏度在350 mPa·s以上稠油油田的有效开发方式,2口热采试验井随着吞吐轮次的增加,高峰日产油逐渐下降、地下存水量逐渐增加,见油前排液时间及累产液增加。由于海上稠油蒸汽吞吐开发仍处于试验阶段,目前缺乏海上蒸汽吞吐开发特征和规律的总结,需要开展海上多轮次蒸汽吞吐后期开发特征和开发规律的研究。随着吞吐周期的增加,2口热采试验井出现地层能量不足、低产低效、递减快的问题,主要原因是2口蒸汽吞吐井的加热半径仅40余米,而且加热范围外的原油因流度低、启动压力梯度大而导致有效动用半径小。因此,有必要开展蒸汽吞吐方案优化研究,扩大加热半径,改善热采开发效果,研究成果用于指导渤海稠油油田蒸汽吞吐开发。The Bohai Sea area is rich in heavy oil reserves,and steam huff and puff is the main method of thermal recovery of heavy oil.LD oilfield is the first oilfield to carry out steam huff and puff pilot test in Bohai oilfield,exploring an effective development method for heavy oilfields with offshore underground crude oil viscosity of more than 350 mPa·s.Two test wells for thermal recovery,with the increase of huff and puff cycles,the peak daily oil production gradually decreases and the underground water storage gradually increases.The time before oil production and accumulated liquid production increased.In view of the fact that the development of offshore heavy oil steam huff and puff is still in the exploration and test stage,and the research on the development law of offshore multi-round huff and puff is still blank,it is necessary to study the production characteristics and development law evaluation of multi-round huff and puff.With the increase of huff and puff period,two thermal recovery test wells have problems of insufficient formation energy,low production and low efficiency,and rapid decline.The reason is that the heating radius of the two steam huff and puff wells is only more than 40 meters,and the effective utilization radius of crude oil outside the heating range is small due to low mobility and large starting pressure gradient.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the optimization research of steam huff and puff scheme,expand the heating radius,and improve the thermal recovery development effect.The research results can be used to guide the steam huff and puff development of heavy oilfields in Bohai Sea.
