摘 要:油田生产现场加热炉燃烧器燃料多为原油伴生气,由于伴生气中水分及凝析油含量较高,伴生气中水分和凝析油分离、排出不及时,伴生气携带水分和凝析油进入供气管网,分离器及燃气管道会出现冻堵,影响正常生产,且人工排液、清堵劳动强度大,凝析油的管理存在较大的安全隐患[1]。本文主要阐述智能相变混烃机组工作原理,分析智能相变混烃机组的现场应用效果。通过现场运用情况发现智能相变混烃机组解决了现场因凝析油等堵塞或冻堵造成的加热炉熄火、点火困难、爆燃问题,液位控制全密闭自动排液且可将分离出的混烃回收利用,降低伴生气压缩机设备故障,延长管道设备的使用寿命,确保伴生气连续畅通输送。The fuel used for heating furnace burners in oilfield production sites is mostly associated gas with crude oil.Due to the high content of water and condensate in the associated gas,the separation and discharge of water and condensate in the associated gas are not timely.The associated gas carries water and condensate into the gas supply network,causing freezing and blockage of the separator and gas pipeline,which affects normal production.In addition,manual drainage and blockage removal are labor-intensive,and there are significant safety hazards in the management of condensate.This article mainly elaborates on the working principle of intelligent phase change mixed hydrocarbon units and analyzes the on-site application effect of intelligent phase change mixed hydrocarbon unit.Through on-site application,it was found that the intelligent phase change mixed hydrocarbon unit has solved the problems of heating furnace shutdown,ignition difficulties,and deflagration caused by blockage or freezing of condensate oil,etc.The liquid level control is fully sealed and automatically discharged,and the separated mixed hydrocarbons can be recycled and reused,reducing the failure of associated gas compressor equipment,extending the service life of pipeline equipment,and ensuring continuous and smooth transportation of associated gas.
