摘  要:长庆油田部分区块原油含蜡量高、凝点高,在采出过程中结蜡现象严重,析出的蜡会在井筒内部沉积,造成蜡堵、卡泵等一系列危害,严重影响了原油开采作业的正常进行。本文结合现场实际工况条件,通过对试验区块原油蜡组成的分析,针对性的研制了一种在低温环境下可实现高效清蜡作用的药剂,模拟工况条件,对其性能及影响因素进行了评价。实验结果表明:研制形成的低温高效清蜡剂在室温(30℃)环境下,溶蜡速率≥0.050 g/min,同时,闪点>28℃,凝点<35℃,具有良好的使用性能。The crude oil in some blocks of Changqing oilfield has high wax content and high freezing point.The wax deposition is serious during the production process.The precipitated wax will deposit inside the wellbore,causing a series of hazards such as wax plugging and pump sticking,which seriously affects the normal operation of crude oil production.In this paper,combined with the actual working conditions of the site,through the analysis of the composition of the crude oil wax in the test area,a reagent that can achieve efficient wax removal in a low temperature environment was developed.The working conditions were simulated,and its performance and influencing factors were evaluated.The experimental results show that the developed low-temperature high-efficiency wax remover has good performance at room temperature(30℃),with wax dissolution rate≥0.050 g/min,flash point>28℃,and freezing point<35℃.
