摘 要:在炼化企业催化裂化装置中,烟气轮机-主风机-电动机的三机组装配模式较为常见,其原理主要是通过烟气轮机节能来带动主风机做功,从而实现高温烟气的能量回收。但由于实际生产中人为操作或设备的影响,催化裂化装置烟气轮机能量回收效率并不高,加之主风机用能较高,导致催化裂化装置三机组中电动机用电量较大,影响催化裂化装置生产运行成本。为此,总结讨论提高烟气轮机热回收效率,降低主风机耗能的方式解决三机组中电动机供电量多的问题,从而降低催化裂化装置生产运行成本。In the catalytic cracking unit of refining and chemical enterprises,the three-unit assembly mode of flue gas machine,main fan and motor is more common.Its principle is mainly to drive the main fan to do work through the energy saving of flue gas machine,so as to realize the energy recovery of high temperature flue gas.production,the energy recovery efficiency of the smoke turbine of the catalytic cracking unit is not high,coupled with the high energy consumption of the main fan,resulting in a large electricity consumption of the motor in the three units of the catalytic cracking unit,affecting the production and operation cost of the catalytic cracking unit.To this end,the way to improve the heat recovery efficiency of the smoke turbine and reduce the energy consumption of the main fan is summarized and discussed to solve the problem of excessive power supply of the motor in the three units,so as to reduce the production and operation cost of the catalytic cracking unit.
