摘　　要：屏蔽电泵是天然气处理厂气田采出水处理系统的主要动设备,其运行情况将直接决定整个系统的稳定性。因塔底废液泵及原料水给料泵的介质不理想,为废液屏蔽电泵故障频次高的主要原因,通过在塔内底部安装溢流式挡砂器和废液泵前加装改进了的可快排杂质的进口过滤器后,状态明显好转,泵介质质量提升后,泵的运行时间大幅延长,生产运行更加安全平稳,同时达到了节能降耗、延长屏蔽电泵使用寿命的目的。The canned motor pump is the main dynamic equipment of the produced water treatment system in natural gas treatment plant.Its operation will directly determine the stability of the whole system.Due to the unsatisfactory medium of the waste liquid pump and the raw material water feeding pump at the bottom of the tower,it is the main reason for the high failure frequency of the waste liquid shielding pump.After installing the overflow sand stopper and waste liquid pump at the bottom of the tower,the improved inlet filter which can discharge impurities quickly is installed before the condition is obviously improved.After the quality of the pump medium is improved,the operation time of the pump is greatly extended,and the production operation is more safe and stable.At the same time,it achieves the purpose of saving energy and prolonging the service life of the shielded electric pump.
