摘 要:在行业政策、5G技术及人工智能的推动下,我国智慧矿山建设势在必行,而选矿自动化是其中的重要内容。以人工智能和信息化相结合的新型自动化技术可以极大提高选矿效率和劳动生产率,降低能耗和原材料消耗,稳定产品质量,降低劳动强度。本文从破碎筛分、磨矿分级、浮选及磁选等方面介绍了我国选矿自动化技术发展现状,从选矿自动化在线检测与分析技术、传感器技术创新、智慧矿山建设及资源管理与生产管理整合等方面展望了选矿自动化技术的发展趋势。Under the impetus of industry policies,5G technology,and artificial intelligence,the construction of intelligent mines in China is inevitable,and mineral processing automation is an important part of it.The new automation technology combining artificial intelligence and information technology can greatly improve the efficiency of mine-ral processing and labor productivity,reduce energy consumption and raw material consumption,stabilize product quality,and reduce labor intensity.This article introduces the current development status of mineral processing automation technology in China from the aspects of crushing and screening,grinding and grading,flotation,and magnetic separation,and looks forward to the development trend of mineral processing automation technology from the aspects of mineral processing automation on-line detection and analysis technology,strengthening the technological innovation of sensors,the construction of intelligent mines,and integration of resource management and production management.
