摘　　要：工业废渣磷石膏的处理和高值化利用是我国乃至世界性难题,以磷石膏为原料制备高强α-半水石膏是实现磷石膏高值化利用的重要途径。详细概述了以磷石膏为原料转晶制备高强α-半水石膏的预处理方法,比较了各种制备工艺的优缺点,讨论了转晶剂的类型及转晶机理,介绍了α-半水石膏在3D打印、工艺美术、自流平砂浆、增强石膏等行业的应用情况,并指出了未来磷石膏制备高强α-半水石膏的重点研究方向。The treatment and high-value utilization of industrial waste phosphogypsum is a difficult problem in China and even in world.The preparation of high-strengthα-hemihydrate gypsum from phosphogypsum is an important way to realize the high-value utilization of phosphogypsum.In this paper,we summarize in detail the pretreatment methods of phosphogypsum for the preparation of high-strengthα-hemihydrate gypsum,compare the advantages and disadvantages of the preparation process,and discuss the types of crystal modifiers and the mechanism of crystal conversion.Moreover,we introduce the applications ofα-hemihydrate gypsum in the industries of 3D printing,art and craft,self-leveling mortar,strengthening gypsum,and so on.Furthermore,we point out the key research directions of preparing high-strengthα-hemihydrate gypsum from phosphogypsum in the future.
