百合多糖提取工艺优化及吸湿保湿性能研究

摘  要:以百合多糖得率为评价指标,以料液比、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,采用单因素实验和正交实验优化了百合多糖的提取工艺,并研究了其吸湿保湿性能。结果表明,最优提取工艺为:料液比1∶50(g∶mL)、提取时间3 h、提取次数3次,在此条件下,百合多糖得率为12.69%;在相对湿度43%、81%下,百合多糖的吸湿过程均符合Weber-Morris模型;在干燥硅胶环境下,百合多糖48 h保湿率为9.21%,具有一定的保湿效果。Taking the yield of polysaccharide from Lilium brownii as an evaluation index,and solid-liquid ratio,extraction time,extraction times as factors,we optimized the extraction process of polysaccharide from Lilium brownii by single-factor experiments and orthogonal experiments,and studied the moisture-absorption and moisture-retention properties.The results show that the optimal extraction process is obtained as follows:the solid-liquid ratio of 1∶50(g∶mL),the extraction time of 3 h,and the extraction times of 3.Under above conditions,the yield of polysaccharide from Lilium brownii can reach 12.69%.The moisture-absorption process of polysaccharide from Lilium brownii is consistent with Weber-Morris model at the relative humidity of 43%and 81%,respectively.The moisture-retention rate of polysaccharide from Lilium brownii is 9.21%under dried silica gel condition for 48 h,indicating that the polysacchoride from Lilium brownii has a certain moisturizing effect.
