摘  要:产教融合育人是培养创新型工程人才的新举措,对行业特色高校构建应用型人才培养新生态、有效构建校企命运共同体具有重要意义。以北京化工大学盐湖化工领域产教融合育人为例,对校企协同育人的实践措施与机制探索进行了剖析,为行业特色高校健全产教融合育人机制提供了有益的借鉴。从特色课程、学科方向、联合研究中心、人才培养计划、实践培训基地等多层次解析了产教融合协同育人的实践路径与实施措施,为行业高质量发展亟需的创新型工程人才培养提供了有价值的参考。It is of great importance to construct a new way for applied talent training in universities and foster a mutually benef icial partnership between academia and industry.Taking from the example of the Beijing University of Chemical Technology’s industryeducation integration efforts in salt lake chemical engineering,this article explores the practical methodologies and frameworks of university-enterprise collaboration.The article offers valuable insights for universities with industry-specif ic focuses,aiming to ref ine and enhance their industry-education integration mechanisms.It explores the concrete approaches and implementation strategies for collaborative education across various dimensions,encompassing specialized curricula,tailored academic pathways,joint centers,tailored talent development programs,and hands-on training facilities.These insights are invaluable for nurturing innovative engineering talents,which are critically needed for promoting high-quality industrial development.
