摘　　要：多肽调节着人体内各系统的生理功能。文章以共价键订合的多肽类(20个氨基酸以上)代谢药物为主要分析对象,主要涉及胰高血糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)、抑胃肽(GIP)、胰高血糖素(GCG)靶点的订合类多肽代谢药物,解读主要申请人的重点专利,总结现阶段订合类多肽类代谢药物的发展和研发思路,以期对订合多肽类代谢药物的改进和研发提供借鉴。Peptides regulate the physiological functions of human body.This paper focuses on the analysis of stapeld peptides(more than 20 amino acids),such as GLP-1,GIP,GCG targets.This article interprets the key patents of the main applicants,summary of research and development ideas,in order to give reference to the development direction of stapled peptide metabolic drugs.
