浅谈如何做好海外油田的工业气瓶管理与使用

摘　　要：工业气瓶是工业生产领域中常用的一种设备。海外石油化工企业在企业各类生产作业过程中,广泛使用到各种工业气瓶。目前,中企在海外不发达国家工作时,由于这些国家大都工业基础设施薄弱,法律法规制度不健全,工业气瓶市场供应混乱,本地员工安全意识淡薄,造成气瓶类事故频发。文章以中东某油田的工业气瓶管理过程中遇到的问题为例,分析了工业气瓶在海外管理和使用中存在的主要问题,并结合多年气瓶管理经验针对性给出了气瓶管理建议,有效减少了气瓶类事故的发生,为同类海外项目的工业气瓶管理提供了参考。Industrial gas cylinders are commonly used equipment in the industrial production f ield.Overseas petrochemical enterprises extensively utilize various types of industrial gas cylinders in various production processes.Currently,Chinese enterprises work in underdeveloped countries overseas,where industrial infrastructure is weak,legal and regulatory systems are incomplete,and the industrial gas cylinder market supply is chaotic.Additionally,local employees often have a weak awareness of safety,leading to frequent incidents involving gas cylinders.This article takes the problems encountered in the industrial gas cylinder management process in an oilf ield in the Middle East as an example.It analyzes the main issues existing in the overseas management and usage of industrial gas cylinders.Drawing on years of experience in gas cylinder management,targeted suggestions for cylinder management are provided,effectively reducing the occurrence of cylinder-related incidents.This article serves as a reference for the industrial gas cylinder management of similar overseas projects.
