摘　　要：金属焊接材料在化工设备的修复中发挥着不可替代的作用。文章重点探讨了金属焊接材料在不同损伤类型的化工设备修复中的选用原则与具体应用。通过对实际工程案例的分析,研究表明采用合适的焊接材料与先进焊接工艺,可有效提高化工设备的焊接修复质量,延长其使用寿命,确保生产装置的安全、稳定、高效运行,具有显著的经济和社会效益。Metal welding materials play an irreplaceable role in the repair of chemical equipment.This paper focuses on the selection principles and specif ic applications of metal welding materials in the repair of chemical equipment with different types of damage.Through the analysis of actual engineering cases,the research shows that the use of appropriate welding materials and advanced welding technology can effectively improve the welding repair quality of chemical equipment,prolong its service life,ensure the safe,stable and eff icient operation of production equipment,and have signif icant economic and social benef its.
