摘 要:三氧化硫作为一种重要的化工原料,在硫酸制造、有机合成等领域有广泛应用。传统的三氧化硫制备方法多采用单一的二氧化硫氧化法或硫磺燃烧法,存在能耗高、环境污染大等问题。近年来,随着环保要求的日益严格和节能降耗技术的不断发展,探索高效、清洁的三氧化硫制备新工艺成为研究热点。文章通过对比四种实验方法展开分析,提出一种二氧化硫与硫磺联合制备三氧化硫的新工艺,旨在通过工艺条件的优化,实现三氧化硫的高效、低耗、环保生产。Sulfur trioxide,as an important chemical raw material,has a wide range of applications in sulfuric acid manufacturing,organic synthesis,and other f ields.The traditional methods for preparing sulfur trioxide often use a single sulfur dioxide oxidation or sulfur combustion method,which often suffer from high energy consumption and environmental pollution.In recent years,with the increasingly strict environmental requirements and the continuous development of energy-saving and consumption reducing technologies,exploring eff icient and clean new processes for preparing sulfur trioxide has become a research hotspot.The paper analyzes four experimental methods and proposes a new process for preparing sulfur trioxide by combining sulfur dioxide with sulfur.The aim is to optimize the process conditions to achieve efficient,low consumption,and environmentally friendly production of sulfur trioxide.
