摘　　要：甲苯硝化工艺是国家监管的危险工艺之一,常见的甲苯硝化工艺主要有硝硫混酸硝化甲苯得到一硝基甲苯的工艺。文章旨在研究甲苯硝化生产一硝基甲苯的分离、中和脱酚流程优化。通过对现有工艺的深入分析,发现了影响产品质量和生产效率的主要因素,并提出了一系列针对性改进措施。文章的研究成果将为相关工业生产提供参考,提高一硝基甲苯的生产效率和产品质量。Toluene nitrif ication process is one of the dangerous processes supervised by the state,and the common toluene nitrif ication process mainly includes the process of nitrosulfur mixed acid nitrotoluene to obtain mononitrotoluene.This paper aims to investigate the optimization of the separation,neutralization and dephenolization process of toluene nitrif ication to produce mononitrotoluene.Through the in-depth analysis of the existing process,the main factors affecting product quality and production eff iciency are found,and a series of targeted improvement measures are proposed.The research results of this paper will provide reference for related industrial production and improve the production eff iciency and product quality of mononitrotoluene.
