摘 要:目的分析2023年四川省报告法定传染病疫情特点,为传染病防控提供科学依据。方法分析传染病监测系统中2018年1月1日至2023年12月31日四川省甲乙丙类传染病发病数据,用Excel 2013软件建立数据库。用描述性研究的方法对2023年四川省传染病发病死亡概况和流行特征进行描述,对比2018—2022年发病情况,计算相对数分析发病变化趋势。率的比较采用SPSS 20.0软件进行χ^(2)检验,检验水准α=0.05。计数资料用率和构成比表示,平均数计算用算术平均数。结果2023年四川省报告甲类传染病2例,报告乙类和丙类传染病32种(1649785例),发病率分别为614.04/10万和1356.13/10万。乙类传染病发病数居前3的疾病是新型冠状病毒感染、乙肝和梅毒。丙类传染病发病数居前3的为流行性感冒、手足口病、其他感染性腹泻病;乙类传染病在5月出现发病高峰,丙类在3月和12月分别出现两个高峰;乙类传染病报告发病率男女性别比为1.10∶1,病例最多的为农民。丙类传染病发病率男女性别比为1.08∶1,病例较多的为学生和托幼儿童。新型冠状病毒感染、流行性感冒、手足口病等重点疾病在不同年龄组和不同地区其人群发病率不同,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.001)。结论2023年四川省法定传染病发病率总体呈上升趋势,其中流行性感冒、新型冠状病毒感染、手足口病等上升迅速且时间分布明显,应密切监测,重点加强防控。Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristics of notifiable infectious diseases reported in Sichuan Province in 2023,and to provide scientific basis for infectious disease prevention and control.Methods The incidence data of Class A,B and C infectious diseases in Sichuan Province from January 1,2018 to December 31,2023 in the Infectious Disease Monitoring System were analyzed,and Excel 2013 software was used to establish a database.Descriptive research methods were used to describe the incidence and mortality profile and epidemiological characteristics of infectious diseases in Sichuan Province in 2023.Compared with the incidence situation from 2018 to 2022,the relative number was calculated to analyze the changing trend of the incidence.The comparison of rates was conducted by SPSS 20.0 software with Chi-square test,and the test level wasα=0.05.Count data were represented by rate and composition ratio,and the average was calculated by arithmetic mean.Results In 2023,Sichuan Province reported 2 cases of Class A infectious diseases,32 kinds of Class B and Class C infectious diseases(1649785 cases),and the incidence rate was 614.04/105 and 1356.13/105,respectively.The top three diseases of Class B infectious diseases were COVID-19,hepatitis B and syphilis.Influenza,hand-foot-mouth disease and other infectious diarrhea diseases ranked the top three in the incidence of Class C infectious diseases.The incidence of Class B infectious diseases had a peak in May,while Class C infectious diseases had two peaks in March and December,respectively.The male-to-female sex ratio of the reported incidence rate of Class B infectious diseases was 1.10∶1,and farmers had the largest number of cases.The male-to-female sex ratio of the incidence of Class C infectious diseases was 1.08∶1,and most cases were students and nursery children.The incidence rates of key diseases such as COVID-19,influenza and hand-foot-mouth disease in different age groups and different regions were different,and the differences were statistically si
