摘 要:为响应双碳政策,提出了考虑时序特性的含分布式电源的配电网综合节能潜力评估方法。考虑不同种类负荷的时序特性,并根据K-Medoids算法提取分布式电源出力的经典场景以减小计算负担,提出了四种不同的节能降耗方案,以及涉及网损与电压质量的节能潜力指标。以IEEE34节点配电网系统为算例,通过潮流计算得到节能潜力指标,对比了不同季节下四种节能降耗方案的节能效果。In response to the dual carbon policy,this paper proposes a comprehensive energy-saving potential estimation method for distribution network with distributed generations considering timing characteristics.By taking into account timing characteristics of different types of loads,and extracting the typical scenarios of distributed power output according to the K-Medoids algorithm to reduce the computational burden,four different energy-saving and consumption-reducing schemes,and energy-saving potential indicators involving network loss and voltage quality are proposed.Taking the IEEE 34-node distribution network system as an example,the energy-saving potential index is obtained through the power flow calculation,and the energy-saving effects of the four energy-saving and consumption-reduction schemes in different seasons are compared.
