摘 要:SF6气体数字式密度继电器内置的压力传感器在长期运行后,故障发生概率会提高,并伴随老化引起的参数漂移,影响密度监测结果,进而可能导致气室泄漏误判。为准确判别密度变化原因是压力传感器老化漂移或气室泄漏,提出了基于双压力传感器的数字式密度继电器自诊断技术。通过老化试验获取双压力传感器漂移模型,并研究基于双压力传感器漂移模型的自诊断系统,在有效提高数字式密度继电器可靠性的同时完成对压力传感器漂移的准确判定。After long-term operation of the built-in pressure sensor of SF 6(sulfur hexafluoride)gas digital density relay,the probability of failure will increase,accompanied by parameter drift caused by aging,which will affect the density monitoring results and may lead to misjudgment of gas chamber leakage.In order to accurately determine the cause of the density change,this paper proposes a digital density relay self-diagnosis technology based on double pressure sensors.The double pressure sensor drift model is obtained through the aging test,and the self-diagnosis system based on the double pressure sensor drift model is studied,which effectively improves the reliability of the digital density relay and completes the accurate determination of the pressure sensor drift.
