摘　　要：介绍了一起发电机定子接地保护信号启动故障的分析与处理。根据保护装置记录的数据,对接地相和接地位置进行了初步诊断。通过停机检查,确定封闭母线橡胶波纹管破裂导致了盘式绝缘子受潮,从而触发定子接地保护信号。对橡胶波纹管进行拆解分析,确定了导致橡胶波纹管破损的根本原因,制定了相应的处理与防范措施。This paper reports the analysis and treatment of a generator stator grounding protection signal start fault.Based on the waveform data recorded by the protection device,initial diagnosis is made on the grounding phase and grounding position.Through the outage check,it is determined that due to the rubber bellow of the enclosed bus is broken,the disk-type insulator is affected with damp,which triggers the stator grounding protection signal.The root cause of the rubber bellow rupture is determined by disassembling analysis,and the corresponding treatment and prevention measures are formulated.
