摘  要:根据河曲丝叶蜂(Nematus hequensis)对不同寄主挥发物的触角电位和行为反应,以期筛选出对该害虫成虫具有较强引诱作用的白柳植物挥发物和其最佳浓度,为该害虫的无害防治提供理论依据。在河曲丝叶蜂成虫羽化高峰期,使用固相微萃取和气相色谱质谱联用仪(GC-MS)鉴定白柳(Salix alba L.)挥发物成分;以正己烷为对照,利用触角电位仪(electroantennogram,EAG)测定河曲丝叶蜂1日龄未交配雌雄成虫对5种寄主植物挥发物的EAG反应,使用Y型嗅觉仪测试其对5种寄主挥发物不同浓度的行为反应。EAG反应结果表明:河曲丝叶蜂雌、雄成虫对于5种化合物均有较明显的电生理反应,雄虫在叶醇为1 000 ng·μL^(-1)和10 000 ng·μL^(-1)时引起较显著的EAG反应,并与其余4种化合物之间差异明显;雌虫在叶醇、丁香酚为1 000 ng·μL^(-1)时引起较明显的EAG反应,并与其余3种化合物之间差异明显。Y型嗅觉仪生测结果表明:只有丁香酚在1 000 ng·μL^(-1)、10 000 ng·μL^(-1)时对河曲丝叶蜂雌、雄成虫的引诱率与对照相比差异性显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)。白柳挥发物中的丁香酚对河曲丝叶蜂未交配雌雄成虫有较好的引诱活性,说明其在河曲丝叶蜂识别寄主过程中有重要作用,可以用于开发该害虫的植物源引诱剂。Based on the electroantennogram(EAG)and behavioral responses of Nematus hequensis to different host volatiles,The aim was to screen out the Salix alba volatiles with strong attractiveness on the adult of this pest and the optimal concentration,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the harmless control of this pest.the volatiles of S.alba were identified by solid-phase microextraction(SPME)and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)at the peak of adult plumage.N-hexane was used as the control,the 1 day-old unmated females and males were determined by EAG to the five volatiles of S.alba;and the 1 day-old unmated females and males were determined by Y-tube olfactometer to different concentration gradients volatiles of five host plants.The results showed that unmated adult females and males of the N.hequensis showed obvious electrophysiological responses to the five compounds.Male adults showed significant EAG responses at 1000 ng·μL^(-1) and 10000 ng·μL^(-1) of leaf alcohol,which were significantly different from the other four compounds.When the concentration of leaf alcohol and eugenol was 1000 ng·μL^(-1),the female caused obvious EAG response,which was significantly different from the other three compounds.The results of the Y-tube olfactometer bioassay showed that only eugenol at 1000 ng·μL^(-1) and 10000 ng·μL^(-1) had significant or extremely significant differences in the attraction rate of male and female adults of N.hequensis compared with the control.The eugenol in the volatiles of S.alba had good attractive activity to the unmated male and female adults of N.hequensis,indicating that it played an important role in the host identification process of N.hequensis and could be used to develop plant-derived attractants for the pest.
