摘  要:入专业基地教育作为住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)始业教育的重要组成部分,具有承上启下的作用。规范且高质量的入专业基地教育不仅可以增加新入培住院医师的归属感,而且可以帮助他们明晰未来的职业发展目标。该文以《住院医师规范化培训入专业基地教育指南(2022年版)》为依据,结合放射科专业特点,设计了基于多个轮转科室联动与多个亚专业组协同的“合纵连横”式放射科住培入专业基地教育模式和培训课程体系,并按照准备阶段、实施阶段和评价与反馈阶段严格落实,最终形成一套纵横交错的网格化入专业基地教育新范式,以期为其他专业基地的始业教育提供借鉴和参考。As an important part of the standardized residency training,professional orientation plays a connecting role.Standardized and high-quality orientation can not only increase the sense of belonging of new residents,but also help them to be more clear about their future career development.In this study,according to Guideline for Professional Orientation in Standardized Residency Training(2022 Edition)and the professional characteristics of radiology department,we designed an orientation model and a training course system for radiology residents based on the linkage of multiple rotating departments and the coordination of multiple sub-professional groups.It was strictly implemented in accordance with the preparation stage,implementation stage and evaluation and feedback stage,and finally formed a set of crisscross grid into new paradigm for professional orientation.It can provide reference for other professional standardized residency training.
