摘 要:为解决智能制造网络中个别协同节点响应滞后性过强的问题,提高整个网络的联动受控能力,设计智能制造网络安全多层协同联动控制系统。该系统由功能模块和系统软件两部分构成,其中功能模块主要由Agent组件模块、网络遗留数据封装、系统子模块组成。系统软件主要是通过建立联动API关系,为数据库主机提供必要的连接节点,并利用联动控制来完成系统设计。实验结果表明,在已知点位控制脉冲值的前提下,联动控制系统可缩小各个点位处的实际响应时长,避免协同节点响应滞后性对智能制造网络造成的抑制性影响,大幅提升整个网络所具备的联动性受控能力。In order to solve the problem of strong response lag of individual cooperative nodes in intelligent manufacturing network and improve the linkage control ability of the whole network,a secure multi-layer collaborative linkage control system for intelligent manufacturing network is designed.The system consists of two parts:functional module and system software.The functional module is mainly composed of agent component module,network legacy data encapsulation and system sub module.The system software mainly provides the necessary connection nodes for the database host by establishing the linkage API relationship,and uses the linkage control to complete the system design.The experimental results show that on the premise of knowing the point control pulse value,the linkage control system can reduce the actual response time at each point,avoid the inhibitory impact of the response lag of collaborative nodes on the intelligent manufacturing network,and greatly improve the linkage control ability of the whole network.
