摘 要:使用基于线性时序逻辑、基于混沌理论与遗传算法的调度方法受到供电数据拥塞影响,导致负荷均衡调度效果较差,为此,提出基于机会约束规划的供电网负荷均衡调度方法。利用机会约束规划方法,确定直接或可中断负荷的运行约束,由此构建供电网负荷调度模型,制定均衡调度流程,根据此流程计算供电网某一时段的供电系统负荷值,并结合任意的机会约束条件,从直接负荷和可中断负荷两个方面进行负荷调度。实验结果可知,该方法直接负荷调度的功率在0-5.6 MW范围内,可中断负荷调度的功率在0-5.2 MW范围内,调度结果与负荷实际反弹量一致,具有良好调度效果。The scheduling method based on linear temporal logic,chaos theory and genetic algorithm is affected by power supply data congestion,which leads to poor load balancing scheduling effect.Facing this problem,a load balancing scheduling method based on chance constrained programming is proposed.The operation constraints of direct or interruptible load are determined by chance constraint planning method,and then the load scheduling model of power supply network is constructed,and the balanced scheduling process is formulated.According to this process,the load value of power supply system in a certain period of time is calculated,and combined with arbitrary opportunity constraints,load scheduling is carried out from two aspects of direct load and interruptible load.The experimental results show that the power of direct load scheduling is in the range of 0-5.6 MW,and the power of interruptible load scheduling is in the range of 0-5.2 MW.The scheduling results are consistent with the actual load rebound,which has a good scheduling effect.
