广西用水总量控制与经济社会发展的动态关系研究

摘　　要：介绍了广西在用水红线约束下的水资源承载现状,结合用水总量控制指标、经济社会发展预测,节水潜力推算,并通过用水总量控制对未来经济社会发展的承载能力分析,提出了广西未来产业发展和水资源开发利用的建议。An introduction was made on the current situation of water resources carrying capacity under the constraint of water use red line in Guangxi.Combined with the control index of total water consumption,the prediction of economic and social development,the estimation of water-saving potential,the authors analyze the carrying capacity of total water consumption control for the economic and social development,based on which suggestions were put forward for the industrial development and water resources development and utilization in Guangxi in the future.
