百东河水库扩容工程的必要性和可行性分析

摘　　要：一些早期建设的大中型水库由于种种原因未能充分发挥调蓄作用,充分挖掘利用已建水库的供水潜力对于保障干旱地区用水安全意义重大。本文结合广西右江河谷干旱区供水保障方案研究提出对已建百东河大型水库进行扩容,通过改建溢洪道抬高正常蓄水位、增加调节库容,加大对径流的调节作用,更好保障区域供水和防洪安全。Due to various reasons,some early constructed large and medium-sized reservoirs were unable to fully play the role of regulation and storage.Making full use of the water supply potential of the existing reservoirs is of great significance for ensuring water safety in arid areas.Combined with the study of water supply guarantee plan for the arid areas of Youjiang River Valley in Guangxi,expansion of built Baidonghe Reservoir is proposed.By modifying the spillway,the normal water storage level is to be raised,the regulation storage capacity increased and the runoff regulating effect improved,so as to better ensure regional water supply and flood control security.
