摘　　要：以驮英水库及灌区工程为例,结合以往招标管理经验,基于项目业主视角分析了招标过程管理实际工作中存在的问题,并提出解决对策和建议,以推动水利工程招标过程管理高质量发展。Taking Tuoying Reservoir Irrigation Zone Project as example,combined with the past bidding management experience,the author analyzed the problems existing in the actual work of bidding process management from the perspective of project owners,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high-quality development of bidding process management for water conservancy project.
