摘　　要：海南省2022年病险水库除险加固工程是广西桂禹工程咨询有限公司首次承接全过程造价咨询的水利工程。根据合同约定,在项目建设周期内,为业主提供工程造价、工程经济、合约管理等多方面的专业咨询。全过程造价咨询团队以合同管理为核心,制定详细的合同管理计划。采取主动的、动态的、精准的造价控制,使项目的造价由滞后性转变为超前性,由粗放型转变为精细型,确保工程的顺利推进和成本的合理控制。The risk reservoir reinforcement project of Hainan Province in 2022 is the first water conservancy project for which Guangxi Guiyu Engineering Consultant Co.,Ltd.undertakes whole process cost consulting.According to the contract,during the construction cycle of the project,Guiyu should provide professional consulting services to the owner in various aspects such as project cost,project economics and contract management etc.The whole process cost consulting team takes contract management as the core and develops a detailed contract management plan,takes proactive,dynamic and precise cost control measures to transform project cost control from lagging to advanced,and from extensive to refined,so as to ensure the smooth progress and rational cost control of the project.
