艾灸大椎穴联合常规针刺治疗郁病临床疗效初探

摘　　要：目的 观察艾灸大椎穴联合常规针刺治疗郁病的临床疗效。方法 纳入62例抑郁症状患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组用常规针刺治疗,治疗组在常规针刺治疗的基础上联合艾灸大椎穴,以上操作每周3次,共8 w。治疗结束后,分别对两组患者治疗前、治疗4 w后、治疗8 w后的总有效率、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、匹兹堡睡眠质量评价表(PSQI)进行比较。结果 治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为89.6%,两者差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗4 w后、8 w后两组的HAMD得分、PSQI总分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05);治疗4 w后,治疗组的HAMD得分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗8 w后,治疗组的PSQI总分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均无不良反应和不良事件。结论 艾灸大椎穴联合针刺治疗可改善患者的抑郁症状、睡眠质量,疗效安全可靠。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of treating depression with moxibustion at acupoint Dazhui(GV14) accompanied with conventional acupuncture. Methods A total of 62 patients with depression were divided into two groups: a therapy group and a control group, by using Random Number Table method. The control group was given conventional acupuncture, while the therapy group was given moxibustion at acupoint Dazhui(GV14) additionally at the same time. All of the treatment was given three times a week for 8 weeks. The overall effectiveness rate, Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI) before the treatment, 4 weeks and 8 weeks after the treatment between the two groups were compared. Results The overall efficacy rate of the therapy group and the control group were 93.3 % and 89.6 %. There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05). The HAMD scores and total PSQI scores of the two groups decreased after 4 weeks' and 8 weeks' treatments(P<0.05). After 4 weeks' and 8 weeks' of treatments, the HAMD scores of the therapy group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). After 8 weeks, the PSQI scores of the therapy group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). There were no adverse reactions and adverse events during the treatment period in both groups. Conclusion Moxibustion at acupoint Dazhui(GV14) accompanied with conventional acupuncture can improve patients' symptoms of depression and the sleep quality, which is safe and reliable.
