中医外治法治疗肝癌腹水的研究进展

摘　　要：腹水是临床上肝癌患者的常见并发症,治疗腹水在减轻患者痛苦、改善生活质量、提高患者生存率等方面具有重要意义。现代医学对于腹水的疗法包括腹腔穿刺引流以及内服西药,但存在一定的局限,随着对中医药防治肿瘤研究的逐渐深入,中医外治法在腹水防治方面的独特优势得以显现。本文通过对中医特色外治法治疗肝癌腹水的病因病机、病理机制及各类治疗方法进行论述,认为中医外治疗法通过调节免疫、改善微循环、调控炎症因子和杀伤肿瘤细胞等作用治疗肝癌腹水,进而改善患者症状,提高患者生存率,为患者带来福音。Ascites is a common clinical complication in patients with liver cancer.The treatment of ascites has important implications in alleviating the suffering of liver cancer patients,improving their life quality and survival rate.The treatment of ascites in modern medicine includes peritoneal puncture and drainage,as well as internal administration of Western medicine,but there are certain limitations.With the gradual deepening of re-search on the prevention and treatment of tumor with traditional Chinese medicine,the unique advantages of ex-ternal treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of ascites have emerged.In this paper,the etiology,pathogenesis,pathological mechanism and various methods in treating hepatocellular Ascite with external TCM treatments are discussed.It is believed that external TCM treatment can treat hepatocellular ascites by regulating immunity,improving microcirculation,modulating inflammatory factors and killing tumor cells,so as to improve patients'symptoms,improve their survival rate and bringing them relief.
