摘 要:[目的]为降低化学杀菌剂用量,提高防治效果,探索贝莱斯芽孢杆菌TCS001与化学杀菌剂协同应用对草莓灰霉病的防效。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率抑制法测定杀菌剂的离体生物活性,净浊度法测定TCS001与化学杀菌剂的相容性,Colby法评价混用防效并进行田间药效试验。[结果]TCS001对灰葡萄孢菌有明显抑制作用,且与啶酰菌胺、氟唑菌酰胺相容性好;1×10^(7)CFU/mL TCS001与100 mg/L啶酰菌胺混用实际比预期防效高14.19%,表现为增效作用;TCS001与啶酰菌胺混用对草莓灰霉病田间防效最高(66.77%)。[结论]TCS001与啶酰菌胺协同应用可有效防治草莓灰霉病。[Aims]In order to reduce the dosage of chemical fungicides and improve the control efficacy,we explored the combined action of Bacillus valesiae TCS001 and chemical fungicides against grey mold in strawberry.[Methods]The mycelial growth rate method was used to determine the bioactivity of the fungicides in vitro,the net turbidity method was used to determine the compatibility of TCS001 with the chemical fungicides,the Colby method was used to evaluate the efficacy of the mixture,and the field trails were carried out.[Results]TCS001,having obvious inhibitory effect on B.cinerea,was compatible with boscalid and fluxapyroxad.The mixtures of 1×10^(7)CFU/mL of TCS001 and 100 mg/L of boscalid showed 14.19%higher control efficacy than that expected,indicating a synergistic effect.In the field,the highest efficacy against strawberry grey mold was achieved by mixture of TCS001 and boscalid(66.77%).[Conclusions]The combined application of TCS001 and boscalid can effectively control gray mold of strawberry.
