摘 要:八面河油田进入开发中后期,综合含水率94%,井身轨迹复杂、地层易出砂等加剧了杆、管、泵的偏磨和腐蚀,腐蚀失效井数和占比逐年增加。通过对八面河油田油井井筒腐蚀现状进行调查,确定了影响油井井筒腐蚀的因素为地层水本身的高矿化度、Cl-CO_(2)-H_(2)O的酸性腐蚀水体以及材料本身较差的耐腐蚀性,有针对性开展油井井筒防腐配套工作,可有效减少油井的维护性作业井次并降低作业费用,延长油井免修期。In the middle and late stage of the development of Balianhe oilfield,the comprehensive water cut is 94%,the well track is complicated,and the formation is easy to produce sand,which aggravates the partial wear and corrosion of the rod,pipe and pump,and the number and proportion of corrosion failure Wells are increasing year by year.Through the investigation for the current corrosion status of oil well wellbore in Bainianhe oilfield,it is determined that the factors affecting the corrosion of oil well wellbore are the high salinity of the formation water itself,the acid corrosion water of Cl-CO_(2)-H_(2)O and the poor corrosion resistance of the material itself.The anticorrosion supporting work of oil well wellbore is carried out to effectively reduce the maintenance operation well times and operation costs of oil well,and increase the maintenance exemption period.
