摘  要:接箍磷化膜是确保油套管在拧接过程中避免粘扣的一种必要措施,磷化膜的质量直接影响着螺纹连接质量;在接箍磷化过程中,因磷化工艺及参数的不同,磷化反应所产生的磷化膜堆积方式及堆积效果存在着较大的区别。通过对磷化反应过程的描述,及接箍磷化反应过程中各工艺参数对磷化膜质量的影响,并结合上卸扣后磷化膜的抗粘扣性能对比分析,总结出磷化生产工艺参数对接箍磷化质量的影响基本参数,为进一步提升油套管接箍的磷化生产质量提供参考。Coupling phosphating film is a necessary measure to avoid sticking in the process of oil casing screwing.The quality of phosphating film directly affects the quality of threaded connection.In the process of coupling phosphating,due to the difference of phosphating technology and process parameters,there are great differences in the stacking mode and stacking effect of phosphating film generated by phosphating reaction.Through the description on the phosphating reaction process,and the influence of various process parameters on the quality of the phosphating film in the phosphating reaction process,and combined with the comparative analysis of the anti-sticking performance of the phosphating film after the shackle,the basic parameters of phosphating production parameters affecting the phosphating quality of the butt collar are summarized,which provides a reference for further improving the phosphating production quality of the oil casing joint.
