摘　　要：为了研究全面质量管理在工厂P110套管理化性能质量控制中的应用,引入工厂过程能力指数对国内两个典型油套管制造厂家进行分析评价。评价后选取过程能力指数较差的工厂从全面质量管理角度分析出存在人员技能水平有所欠缺、不善于利用“PDCA”解决问题等情况,并相应提出了改进措施,采取措施后理化性能质量控制能力大幅提高。结果表明,应用全面质量管理对制造厂套管理化性能提升有积极作用。In order to study the application of total quality management(TQM)in the quality control of physical and chemical properties of P110 casing in factory,two typical oil casing manufacturers in China were analyzed and evaluated by introducing factory process capability index.After the evaluation,the factories with poor process ability index were selected to analyze the problems from the perspective of total quality management,such as lack of personnel skills and poor use of"PDCA"to solve problems,and corresponding specific improvement measures were put forward.After taking measures,the quality control ability of physical and chemical performance was greatly improved.The results show that the application of total quality management has effectively improved the quality control ability of physical and chemical properties of P110 casing,which can provide a reference for other factories.
