摘 要:随着我国油品质量升级步伐的加快和炼化转型升级的需要,催化裂化已从生产“最终产品”转变为生产“中间产品”的重油加工装置,已经成为“炼化转型升级”的主体装置。为满足日益严格的油品质量标准,根据炼厂工艺流程结构和特点,最大限度地发挥催化裂化装置功能,实现炼油装置联合优化运行和效益最大化是炼厂的重大需求。从汽油池组成可以看出,汽油烯烃偏高、高标号汽油比例偏低是国Ⅵ汽油升级需要解决的两个主要问题。为进一步降低占汽油池比例最大的催化汽油烯烃含量,提高辛烷值是关键。为此开发了LMC-700催化剂,并在锦西石化100×10^(4)t/a催化裂化装置进行了工业应用。终期标定结果表明:在原料油及操作相近的条件下,汽油产率增加了3.87%,总液收增加了0.32%;汽油烯烃32降低3.1%,丙烯选择性增加了4.15%、丙烯+丁烯选择性增加了2.92%,汽油研究法辛烷值增加了0.4个单位。With the acceleration of oil quality upgrading in our country and the need for refining and chemical transformation and upgrading,catalytic cracking has been transformed from a heavy oil processing unit producing"final products"to a heavy oil processing unit producing"intermediate products",and has become the main unit of"refining and chemical transformation and upgrading".In order to meet the increasingly strict oil quality standards,it is an important demand of refinery to maximize the function of catalytic cracking unit,optimize the operation of refinery unit and maximize the benefit according to the structure and characteristics of refinery process in the factories.From the composition of gasoline pool,it can be seen that high olefin of gasoline and low proportion of high grade gasoline are the two main problems that need to be solved in the upgrading of National Ⅵ gasoline.In order to further reduce the olefin content of catalytic gasoline,which accounts for the largest proportion in the gasoline pool,increasing the octane number is the key.For this purpose,LMC-700 catalyst was developed and used in the 100×10^(4)t/a catalytic cracking unit of Jinxi Petrochemical.The final calibration results showed that the gasoline yield increased by 3.87%and the total liquid yield increased by 0.32%under the same conditions of raw oil and operation.Gasoline olefin 32 decreased by 3.1%,propylene selectivity increased by 4.15%,propylene+butylene selectivity increased by 2.92%,gasoline research octane value increased by 0.4 units.
